Only an authenticated Ramos Store account can manage products and orders.
Orders
Review each order before you confirm it: add or remove products, change quantities, then set the final delivery fee. No online payment is taken — payment is made upon delivery or pickup after you confirm.
Add a Product
Fill this in and press Save. The product appears on the storefront straight away if it is set to Active.
Pick the closest shade, then type your own name for it — customers see the name you type. The shade itself is what the store’s colour filter groups by.
Add a variant for each colour this one product comes in — every colour keeps its own quantity, and a colour that reaches zero shows as Sold Out on the storefront while the others stay on sale.
Leave this empty and “Ask about this item” opens the store’s general Messenger page. Paste a link here to send customers straight to this product’s conversation instead.
Choose one or several photos — on a phone you can take one with the camera. The first photo is the one shown on the storefront. Photos are resized automatically before uploading.
All Products
Inactive products stay here but are hidden from customers. Nothing is deleted just because it sold.
